Wills & Estates
Everyone over the age of 18 should have a last will and testament to express their wishes. Also a good practice to create a power of attorney and a personal care directive. A power of attorney can be enduring, giving a person you trust the power to make any decisions of a financial nature or they can be for a specific purpose, such as granting a person the authority to sign a deed to your home.

A personal care directive is a legal document appointing someone as your representative to make health decisions in the event you are incapacitated or in a vegetative state and unable to do so.
